REGISTRATION CLOSES ON NOVEMBER 4TH AT NOON.
Once registration closes you will be sent an email with next steps.
You will be required to complete a self-study. The self-study will be assigned through your LMS/Relias. There will be 4 learning modules that can be accessed through your LMS. The 4 Modules are: Applying the remaining Abilities of Individuals with dementia: Early Stage; Middle Stage; Late Stage; End Stage. These will need to be completed prior to the live in person course on November 13th 2025 from 8:30am-4pm. These are done at your own pace through self-study.
On Thursday November 13th you will attend the in person course: During this course, participants will engage in small group activities, discussion, lecture, and case studies to examine the impact of neurocognitive impairments on the rehabilitation process and daily functioning of patients with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
