$250.00 for any full-time therapist or therapist assistant and $150.00 for any part time therapist or therapist assistant you refer to us who is hired at ANY location! Applies only to referred therapists who are not currently employed by an Ensign-affiliated facility. 

Possible ways to find therapists to refer include reaching out to your university or college; becoming active in your local therapy association; utilizing your social media; spreading the word among your professional colleagues.

All employees of Ensign-affiliated entities are eligible to receive a referral bonus.

Paid by the Therapy Recruiting Resource Department after the hired therapist has worked for 30 days.
