Open to all Ensign Affiliated Therapists free of charge - Open to Non Ensign Therapists at the cost of $100
You will be required to complete a self-study. The self-study will be assigned through your LMS/Relias. There will be 4 learning modules that can be accessed through your LMS. The 4 Modules are: Applying the remaining Abilities of Individuals with dementia: Early Stage; Middle Stage; Late Stage; End Stage. These will need to be completed prior to the live in person course on October 18th, 2025 from 8:30am-4pm. These are done at your own pace through self-study.
