Abilities Care Approach - SLC Utah

You will receive a confirmation email with training material attached -Select your discipline and print out the power points to bring with you to the meeting. You can use these for notes.

Once registration closes you will be sent an email with next steps. We will assign the LMS once Registration Closes.

You will be required to complete a self-study. The self-study  will be assigned through your LMS/Relias. There will be 4 learning modules that can be accessed through your LMS. The 4 Modules are: Applying the remaining Abilities of Individuals with dementia: Early Stage; Middle Stage; Late Stage; End Stage. These will need to be completed prior to the live in person course on Tuesday April 28th, 2026. These are done at your own pace through self-study.
