Arrival Sunday October 6th by 5pm for Welcome Reception (Flights will be booked accordingly)
Monday October 7th all day meeting/learning
Tuesday October 8th 1/2 day of learning we will adjourn at 12:00

Your RSVP is very important. Please complete the following questioneer no later than SEPTEMBER 5TH, 2024. This will ensure all your preferences are accommodated.
As always we ask that you share a room with another Ensign leader during the meeting. However we understand some of you prefer to have a private unshared room.
Private rooms are available at the cost of $75 per night paid via payroll deduction at the conclusion of the meeting.
