Functional Core and Pelvic Floor for Seniors - Ventura CA

FCPF will begin with self study portion that will need to be completed prior to the in person course October 17, 2025 3:00pm-6:00pm & October 18, 2025 8:00am-5:00pm. Followed by post class webinars. These will take place for 90 minutes 1x per week for 6 weeks.

About the Course: A comprehensive course on functional core and pelvic floor rehabilitation for senior clients.
