IMPACT Pilot meeting - INVITE ONLY

IMPACT CoHort - Registration closes on August 4th

Please take a moment to RSVP for the Impact meeting September 8th & 9th, 2025.

This meeting will be held at Hotel Zessa in Santa Ana California. Hotel Zessa provides a shuttle to/from the Orange County airport and hotel. Please do not rent vehicles.

The meeting will begin with a welcome reception on Sunday September 7th - All flights should be booked to arrive by 5:00pm on Sunday.

The closest airport is John Wayne (SNA) If someone other than Kelly Wallerstedt is booking your flight, please make sure they book to arrive into SNA as we will not have transportation set up from LAX or Long Beach. Please make sure return flights are booked around 2:00pm or later on Tuesday September 9th,, 2025.
