Savannah Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our outstanding in-house rehab team. We provide post-acute, short-term, and long-term care services in a collaborative environment where therapists are valued members of the care team.

Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, rehab team members, and families to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure).
• New graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply.
• Passion for providing exceptional care to the geriatric and post-acute population.
