Sun West Choice Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team in Sun City West, AZ. Whether you're newly certified or experienced, this is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your voice matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist

• Assist with the implementation of personalized treatment plans for patients

• Help residents improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Track progress, support documentation, and communicate with the care team

• Encourage and motivate patients through every stage of their recovery

What You’ll Need:

• Active COTA license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)

• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care

• Solid communication skills and a growth mindset

• All experience levels welcome — mentorship provided
