Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions
• Travel to nearby assisted living and memory care communities to provide on-site therapy services
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with discharge planning
• Participate in community outreach and wellness programs

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arizona
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• All experience levels welcome—new grads encouraged
• Interest in outpatient rehab and working within assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings
• Willingness to travel locally between clinic and community sites
