Team Spotlight: Meet Sophia Gomez – Sharing the Story of Therapy with the World

 If you’ve ever scrolled through our social media and felt inspired, uplifted, or simply proud to be part of this organization, you probably have Sophia Gomez to thank! Sophia is our talented Social Media Resource.

Sophia’s path into social media began with her lifelong curiosity about how technology connects people. “I’ve always had an interest in technology and the role it plays in the interpersonal connections we develop,” she shared. “Growing up, I watched social media platforms evolve into what they are now.” With a background in visual art and copywriting, Sophia describes her super powers as Joy, Connection, and Creativity.

Sophia’s role is about more than posts and captions—it’s about people. Her natural energy and warmth help her connect with the teams she visits. She explains that being a naturally extroverted person helps when traveling to different facilities and meeting new faces. Her creative eye and personal approach add to the visual storytelling, which is huge in her role. And she is driven to choose the right colors, the right fonts, the right language to appeal to a diverse audience.

Ask Sophia what drives her, and she lights up. “I have my finger on the pulse of what’s happening in our organization! I get to post stories of clinical development, career growth, Moments of Truth, innovative therapy, and any success story that comes through my inbox.  What she loves most is sharing what makes this organization stand out—“I’m passionate about showing the world what sets us apart.”
