We want people that are forward thinkers that will help develop programs and support excellent programs that are already in place. Learning and adopting our culture is essential in our TheraTroopers as they work among many of our affiliated facility in-house therapy teams. This allows us to carry out our mission through the journey of each TheraTrooper!

We want you to be a force for good at each of our affiliated facilities and in doing that there are teams that will become like family for you. If you want to return to that team permanently later, we will help you make that happen.  

One of our Core Values is Passion for Learning, and we want our TheraTroopers to be leaders in their field of practice. We have many Master Clinicians among our affiliated facilities and would love to help our TheraTroopers gain this recognition and help them give back to the teams across our organization. You will also have opportunities to attend CEUs to continue to grow and learn as a clinician.

Many travel therapists may feel they do not have the ability to provide clinical instruction. In some cases, our affiliated facilities accept last minute students from universities that have an urgent need. If you are interested in being a CI we will help your Therapy Leader know that you are willing to be an instructor and thus allow them to accept students for your supervision while on assignment with their team.

We help our affiliated facilities live that mission by supporting them with PTs, SLPs, and OTs, that embrace and want to share our mission and core values. Our TheraTroopers only travel to Ensign affiliated facilities. Each facility is independently operated and live our mission and cores values their own way. As a TheraTrooper you will have the opportunity to enhance and highlight living this culture.

You will also be assigned your own Chromebook or Laptop that you take with you on each assignment to ensure you always have the needed equipment to complete your documentation.
