Montecito Outpatient Rehabilitation Opens New Clinic in Mesa, AZ

On October 1, 2025, Montecito Outpatient Rehabilitation officially opened its new freestanding outpatient therapy clinic in Mesa, Arizona, expanding access to specialized rehabilitative care in the East Valley. The clinic is located within a subleased office space from a local assisted living facility, offering a unique opportunity to integrate outpatient services with senior care resources while maintaining a dedicated therapeutic environment.

Under the leadership of Clinic Director Kyle Higgins, PT, DPT, Cert-DN, Montecito is launching two key initiatives to serve the community.
