Rachel Rowe, AKA “Rihanna,” is a DCS extraordinaire! She not only led the Pennant ID/NV team to a People’s Choice lip synch victory at our epic Therapy Leadership Experience, but she has been a tremendous partner in our #OneClinical movement! Rachel has a genuine curiosity for how therapy services can enhance the survey process, Quality Measures, nurse retention, nursing systems, and patient quality of life.
