The Keystone Therapy Resource and Therapy Talent Acquisition team participated in the 2023 Texas Physical Therapy Association Conference at the end of October. We were well represented for the rollout of our Flagship Therapy brand to the physical therapy community in Texas!
We were proudly represented by Keystone Therapy Resources Eddie Reyna, PT, DPT, GCS, CEEAA, with his poster presentation, “Wheelchair Seating and Assessment,” and Lindsay Fry, PT, DPT, CKTP, Cert. DN, CMYK, CMAC-CT, with her poster presentation, “Effect of Myokinesthetic Technique on Incontinence in a Nursing Home Resident.” Ensign Affiliates — FlagshipTherapy.com was the only LTC/post-acute organization represented with poster presentations.

Our very own Keystone Lead Therapy Resource, Jon Anderson, PT, DPT, attended and represented our company as a member of the TPTA Conference Committee and is in the running for Vice President of TPTA!
Ensign Affiliates — FlagshipTherapy.com also sponsored two mixers and the student academic bowl, where student groups from different PT and PTA programs compete by answering clinical questions. Our Outpatient Therapy Resource, Kai Williams, PT, DPT, acted as the moderator for the student bowl. During this time, we were able to share our mission of dignifying LTC/post-acute care in the eyes of the world with the physical therapy community in Texas!
Our Keystone recruiting team was able to gain a national record-breaking number of contacts for any recruiting event! We connected with PTs and PTAs from all over Texas, sharing with them our culture, especially our passion for learning and leadership through our CEU opportunities, leadership development and new Master Clinician program, clinical programming, as well as our career opportunities. We are looking forward to a similar presence at the Texas Occupational Therapy Association Conference in November.
