Research & Development Think Tank
Research & Development Think Tank initially set a modest goal of developing 50 posters for the organization. However, we quickly realized the extraordinary capabilities of our therapy leaders and the remarkable work they do daily for their patients, teams, and facilities. In response, the R&D Team established a Poster Development Task Force, which successfully completed 150 poster presentations for the Leadership Experience.
These posters serve various purposes, including summarizing case reports, showcasing facility programs, and describing best practices related to CAPLICO, OneClinical, and other relevant topics. Through the exceptional efforts of our Poster Development Task Force, we transformed all 21 Master Clinician Case Reports from within the organization into comprehensive scientific posters. This achievement enables us to formally submit these posters to state and national annual conferences for PT, OT, and SLP professionals. By doing so, we can highlight the outstanding case results achieved with patients in our facilities and position our therapy leaders on prestigious platforms. Additionally, this opportunity will enhance our networking capabilities at these conferences, contributing to both recruitment and retention efforts.
We also introduced a new benefit for our vendor sponsors at the Leadership Experience: Vendor Poster Presentations. We curated seven scientific posters for sponsors that not only showcase their products but also demonstrate how we utilize them in patient care and their outcomes. These vendors can use these posters at future events, effectively promoting our organization’s branding.
Another key highlight is that these 150 posters will be housed in our Therapy Portal, allowing leaders across the organization to access and benefit from this extensive collection of ideas, content, and culture.
While this endeavor stretched our R&D team to its limits, the completion of such a challenging task is a testament to everyone's dedication and hard work. This milestone marks the beginning of recognition for these efforts. #WeHaveAPosterOnThat
